Robson Construction delivered Glenmont Homes, a substantial three-storey residential duplex on Glenmont Close in George Town, Grand Cayman.
The development comprises approximately 7,653 sq. ft. of total gross building area, including roughly 6,167 sq. ft. of air-conditioned living space, arranged across two spacious residences.
Each home is designed over three levels and includes three bedrooms, two full bathrooms and a powder room, with an open-plan living, dining and kitchen area on the ground floor. The upper level incorporates a family room and extensive balcony space, creating additional indoor-outdoor living areas suited to Cayman’s residential lifestyle.
The structure was built using reinforced concrete foundations and ICF wall construction, with stucco exterior finishes, storm-rated metal windows and a flat reinforced concrete roof. Interior finishes include porcelain tile flooring, painted plaster and sheetrock walls, finished ceilings and quality lighting fixtures.
Robson Construction’s scope covered the major stages of the build, including foundations and slab construction, walls and roof, windows and doors, exterior finishes, interior framing and drywall, flooring, cabinetry and counters, staircases, electrical, plumbing and mechanical services.
The client added a third floor to the original design, creating additional living and entertainment space with expanded decking and approved pool works that enhance the homes’ indoor-outdoor lifestyle and entertainment areas.
This project demonstrates Robson Construction’s capability to deliver large-scale multi-unit residential construction, coordinating structural systems, MEP trades and high-quality finishes across a complex three-storey development.
