Robson Construction has maintained a long-standing relationship with Villas of the Galleon, a 75-unit beachfront residential complex on Seven Mile Beach, carrying out a wide range of repair, renovation and property improvement works across the development.

Our work has included reroofing following Hurricane Ivan, structural repairs, stamped concrete walkways, waterproofing, drainage and soakaway improvements, exterior repairs, door and sliding-door remediation, and ongoing maintenance and upgrade works throughout the property.

A key part of this ongoing work has been helping the complex improve its hurricane and storm preparedness, strengthening vulnerable building elements, improving drainage and water management, and carrying out repairs and upgrades designed to enhance durability in Cayman’s coastal environment.

Working within a large, occupied beachfront development requires careful coordination, durable construction methods and close attention to existing structures and finishes.
