Robson Construction delivered this custom two-storey residence in Patrick's Island, Grand Cayman, comprising approximately 3,403 sq. ft. of residential and ancillary space.

The home was developed from a fully coordinated architectural and engineering package covering structural, mechanical, electrical and plumbing design. The residence features four bedrooms and four bathrooms across two levels, including a private master suite with walk-in closet and deck.

Construction incorporated ICF and reinforced concrete wall systems, finished with a dual-tone exterior stucco system, together with a standing seam metal roof on timber trusses. These materials and construction methods were selected to provide durability and performance appropriate for Cayman’s climate while maintaining a clean, refined residential finish.

Robson Construction managed the project through the major stages of construction, including foundations, structural concrete, wall construction, framing, roofing, MEP coordination and interior finishes.

The property was later expanded to include a private pool, gym and garage, further developing the residence into a complete custom home environment. The Dropbox project records include a dedicated Patrick's Island residential drawing package as well as later drawings for the gym, pool and garage additions.
